These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vellum Executive Search LLC ("Vellum," "we," "us") website and your engagement with us as a client or candidate, including our SMS / text messaging communications described in Section 6 below.

Engaging with Vellum — as a client or as a candidate — does not guarantee a hire, placement, interview, or offer of employment. Hiring decisions are made solely by the client employer.

The Vellum name, logo, and website content are the property of Vellum Executive Search LLC and may not be copied or used without our permission.

Our collection and use of personal information, including information submitted through this website, is described in our Privacy Policy.
06 SMS / text messaging terms
By opting in to SMS — verbally, through a web form, or by another method — you agree to receive text messages from Vellum Executive Search LLC.
Vellum sends text messages for conversations related to our executive search and recruiting services — for example, scheduling interviews or calls, following up on a role or candidate, and general conversational messages between you and Vellum during an engagement.
